Working At Height
WORKING AT HEIGHTS TRAINING & REFRESHER COURSES
We offer two courses The Working at Heights Training and Working at Heights Refresher, Which are approved by Chief Prevention Officer (CPO) of Ontario. Our qualified trainer teach these course and as per the requirement we also provide crash course or weekend course. The workers who are working on heights must complete their full course of CPO approved Working at Heights Training and their employers must ensure it. The validity of course is three years from the date of completion. Before the expiry of validity, employees are required to undergo the refreshing course in order to continue work.

- Teach all workers who work at heights, the proper theory and practical protection training to help keep them safe in their workplaces.

- Provide knowledge of safety equipment, how to wear during operations and how to put off after use.
- The course highlights the probable dangers and hazards involved and educate the employees on how to prevent them.
Working at Heights – Full Course Outline:
Even experienced operators need to update their skills regularly. CN Lift Safety provides a refresher and certification course that meets industry standards. Re-certification is required in certain situations:
- Anchor points
- Procedures for safety equipment
- Rights and responsibilities
- Barrier and safety nets
- Work positioning systems, work access equipment, and platforms
- General hazard recognition
- Rescue and planning
- Personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Procedures for warning methods and physical barriers
- Hierarchy of controls
